In this room, a lot was about proportions. We had a big space that wasn't fully taken advantage of and I had to make the best out of it by adding the right size pieces. The green on the wall, gave a wider perspective to the room and also a feeling of being in a cosy cocoon. The wall tapestry emphasized the tall ceilings. I like textures in bedrooms, fabrics on the wall, wool carpet, big warm blanket... The color scheme here, blends in with the nature that surrounds the house: The dark yellow reminds the sunset, green on the walls, but also every where with the plants, the wood, the pottery...
